MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA
Find interview times that work before sending invitations back and forth
We bring panel and candidate availability together, account for time zones, and show workable interview slots and conflicts before invitations are sent.
MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA (owner: Kosei Izumida) is a Japan-based AI organisation. We work on site as Forward Deployed Engineers and turn the paperwork and spreadsheets people use today into a mechanism that works.

What the MIRAI FDE can do
We bring panel and candidate availability into one view, show each possible time in the local time zone of everyone involved, and list the combinations that work. Conflicts with existing calendar entries are shown before invitation details are prepared.
The problem on site
Panel availability, candidate time windows, and room bookings are often spread across email threads, sometimes across several time zones. A clash may only become clear after invitations have already gone out.
Common questions
- Does it send the invitations?
- No. We prepare the details, and your coordinator sends the invitations.
- How are time zones handled?
- Each possible slot is shown with the date and local time for every person involved.
How we proceed
- Share one open role, the panel members involved, and the candidate's available times.
- We confirm the length of each interview and any buffer needed between interviews.
- We prepare the workable time slots and ask your coordinator to compare them with the slot they would choose by hand.
- Once the results line up, the same approach can be used for the next role.

Scope and boundaries
We do not make hiring decisions or rank candidates. Pricing, contracts, and final decisions rest with the owner.
Send a sample input and a short description of the current flow, and we will tell you what is in scope.
